Bought a GMC Sierra from Sean and I have never had a better experience with a dealership! I was 50/50 on buying it honestly but he was so easy to work with and made the process so simple that it was a no brainer. We did all the numbers beforehand and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Fair negotiation, no hidden fees like most dealers, and super friendly. Would 100% go to this dealership over some dealer "group" where you're just a number!

Fernando L. was excellent! I went in for my car to get serviced. Due to outside factors of my car, it was impractical and unsafe. Even when I became overly emotional, Fernando remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time working with me. He was able to explain what was happening, provide me multiple solutions, and answer all questions I had. He even gave me time to consider my options without pressure and allowed me to take a moment to get my mind straight and consult with my spouse. I’ve purchased multiple cars from T & T Coast Buick GMC over the past 30 years, and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with. The sales experience has consistently been smooth and professional. Their service department is also excellent—always pleasant, accommodating, and easy to work with. The only downside is that it can sometimes be difficult to get a loaner vehicle, which I wish were more readily available. T&T GMC in Cranbury gives you the feeling of old Perrine with updated technology. Text reminders, on time appointments. No more sitting in the dealership for hours. They made the deal then gave is the option to let them do the paperwork and come back for quick closing appt. Tags came in quickly. Service department on my existing GMC was a dream. I wish they had a little more inventory, but that is a problem with great service - too many customers.
I had an alert about my vehicle and my usual service dealer couldn’t get me in for a week. Fernando got me in the same day. They ran a diagnostic and identified the issue and gave me a quote with a video from the technician. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased - will be back.

As a snowbird, I garaged my 2015 Buick Verano for 5 months and came home to a car that had no navigation system--a blank screen. The T an T Coast Buick, Sea Girt, NJ, took me right in and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER, dear friends at GM, I think I should have been forewarned that the navigation/radio system requires updating at the end of 10 years. (THAT information according to my dealer yesterday.) According to my attorney friend, not informing the owner is a neglected "proof of advertising" issue for GM to reveal. All else is fine.
