In all my years I’ve been a bit skeptical of using car dealer shops, but this is an exception. Service advisor Dave Winand was phenomenal as we addressed a warranty issue with my vehicle. Work was done promptly after they put a APB out for parts that were necessary for the repair. They were communicative and kept me in the loop. Dave also was a big help with addressing a vibration after I first bought the 2019 Yukon and that all that was needed was a high speed balancing. Simply, it was an excellent experience both times!

I ordered a vehicle on August 30th and took delivery on October 14th. The entire process was simple due to the professionalism of the staff at T &T. My salesman Frank Viso was excellent and kept me updated during the entire build process. I would highly recommend this dealership

Josh is always so helpful when I need a question answered about my vehicle. He explained to me all the pros of getting into a new vehicle and what my new payment would be like on a pre-owned Encore GX.
