Just traded in our Volvo for a GMC Acadia and had a wonderful experience with Josh. He was very patient with all of our questions and indecisiveness about which direction to go with our new family vehicle and helped guide us in the right direction. Being in sales myself, I appreciated how genuine Josh was and kept our wants and needs in mind the entire time. No games, just very straight forward. Normally after purchasing a car you can have a sense of buyers remorse, however, we drove off the lot knowing we didn’t settle for anything other than exactly what we wanted. As a snowbird, I garaged my 2015 Buick Verano for 5 months and came home to a car that had no navigation system--a blank screen. The T an T Coast Buick, Sea Girt, NJ, took me right in and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER, dear friends at GM, I think I should have been forewarned that the navigation/radio system requires updating at the end of 10 years. (THAT information according to my dealer yesterday.) According to my attorney friend, not informing the owner is a neglected "proof of advertising" issue for GM to reveal. All else is fine.
